The Covid-19 pandemic is still among us and the current situation the world is facing makes it necessary for the Organising Committee of the 7th TAFISA World Sport for All Games 2021 to restructure the event (rather than postponing again) – in alignment with the pandemic guidelines of the Portuguese Government that are in force and with the approval of the TAFISA Board of Directors.
The dates remain the same from the 18th to the 24th of June, but the event will be a virtual event, exclusively online with streaming and broadcast to the whole world.
While this brings new challenges for us, the health and safety of all participants comes first. This new format will allow for broader virtual participation from all over the world, with no registered delegation or organisation to physically attend the World Games. For that reason please do not make any flight bookings.
To participate, all you need to do is to express your interest to tafisalisboa@tafisalisboa.com, demonstrate your sports and games in your own country and send us videos, interviews and photos of your performances of traditional games, emerging sports or cultural activities that you want to see spread around the world during the Games’ programme.
More Information and guidelines will be sent to you soon on the formats of the various media admitted for broadcasting. We call for your collaboration and participation in this new online festival and innovative TAFISA event model, so that it is possible to show the world your countries, cultures and sports.

Estimados miembros de TAFISA, Estimados participantes en el 7 ° TAFISA World Sport for All Games,
La pandemia de Covid-19 todavía está entre nosotros y la situación actual a la que se enfrenta el mundo hace necesario que el Comité Organizador del Séptimo Deporte Mundial de TAFISA para Todos los Juegos 2021 reestructura el evento (en lugar de posponerlo nuevamente), en alineación con la pandemia. directrices del Gobierno portugués que se encuentren en vigor y con la aprobación del Consejo de Administración de TAFISA.

Este nuevo formato permitirá una participación virtual más amplia de todo el mundo, sin ninguna delegación u organización registrada para asistir físicamente a los Juegos Mundiales. Por ese motivo, no realice ninguna reserva de vuelo.
Para participar, todo lo que necesita hacer es expresar su interés a tafisalisboa@tafisalisboa.com , demostrar sus deportes y juegos en su propio país y enviarnos videos, entrevistas y fotos de sus actuaciones de juegos tradicionales, deportes emergentes o actividades culturales que desea que se extienda por todo el mundo durante el programa de los Juegos.
Próximamente se le enviará más información y pautas sobre los formatos de los distintos medios admitidos para su difusión. Hacemos un llamado a su colaboración y participación en este nuevo festival online y modelo de evento innovador de TAFISA, para que sea posible mostrar al mundo sus países, culturas y deportes.
