Santo Domingo, República Dominicana.- Luego de superar las interrogantes del problema potencial del software, medianoche del 1999 para entrar al año 2000, con el llamado efecto 2k o Y2K, el mundo entro plenamente en la era digital lo que fue el acicate para que millones de empresas innovaran sus actividades gerenciales.
En ese sentido la Federacion Dominicana de Judo, Fedojudo, se reinvento para adecuarse a los nuevos tiempos que exigían planificación organizacional desapareciendo los voluminosos expedientes físicos én papel, archivos, etc.
Llego el momento de carnetizar a atletas, entrenadores,
arbitros, personal administrativo, dirigentes asociados y federativos para un optimo funcionamiento de todas las respectivas actividades.
Todo el proceso se hizo con el respaldo y concurso de las asociaciones que en su momento formaban parte de la entidad federada,
Lo que fue la carnetización sirvió para tener a mano la data del organismo lo que a futuro debió dar sus mejores frutos con las selecciones nacionales, cursos y seminarios, comisiones, etc.
En ese sentido incluimos parte de los carnets expedidos de lo que eran las asociaciones de Barahona y
Monte Plata, esta ultima representada por la ciudad de Bayaguana desde el año 1984.
De todas maneras eso es parte de la historia reciente del desarrollo deportivo nacional en una de las federaciones que fueron pilar del encausamiento deportivo del pais a muy alto nivel.

Es propicio preguntarse: cuantas Federaciones Nacionales, hoy día, tienen la data de todos y cada uno de sus integrantes, pero, cuales tienen en sus respectivos sitios web colocado el estatuto, la programacion anual, presupuestos y ejecuciones presupuestarias, entre otros requerimientos de una entidad federada?

The time has come to issue ID cards to athletes, coaches, referees, administrative staff, and associated and federation leaders for the optimal functioning of all their respective activities.
The entire process was carried out with the support and participation of the associations that were part of the federated entity at the time.
This ID carding served to keep the organization's data on hand, which should have yielded significant results in the future with national teams, courses, and seminars.
In this sense, we included some of the ID cards issued by the former associations of Barahona and Monte Plata, the latter represented by the city of Bayaguana since 1984.
In any case, this is part of the recent history of national sports development in one of the federations that were a pillar of the country's sporting direction at a very high level.
I wonder: how many National Federations today have the data of each and every one of their members, but which ones have the statutes, annual programming, budgets and budget executions, among other requirements of a federated entity, on their respective websites?
