UNESCO Patronage Granted to TAFISA World Walking Day - 24 Hours Around the Globe

We are pleased to announce that TAFISA World Walking Day - 24 Hours Around the Globe has received patronage from UNESCO.

Nos complace anunciar que TAFISA World Walking Day - 24 Hours Around the Globe ha recibido el patrocinio de la UNESCO.

TAFISA World Walking Day - 24 Hours Around the Globe | Our mission and goal aligns with the objectives of UNESCO in sport and physical education, and its commitments to inclusiveness and accessibility. 

Set to engage participants in physical activity and sport, raise awareness about the benefits of physical activity, and promote the many diverse ways to be active, the event also connects people together and encourages transnational solidarity, mutual understanding and respect. The principles of TAFISA Mission 2030: For a Better World Through Sport for All, are fully integrated in the design of the TAFISA World Walking Day - 24 Hours Around the Globe to showcase how Sport for All can contribute to achieving the UN's SDGs and strengthen its positive role within our societies.

TAFISA World Walking Day - 24 horas alrededor del mundo | Nuestra misión y meta se alinea con los objetivos de la UNESCO en el deporte y la educación física, y sus compromisos con la inclusión y la accesibilidad.

Establecido para involucrar a los participantes en la actividad física y el deporte, crear conciencia sobre los beneficios de la actividad física y promover las muchas formas diversas de estar activo, el evento también conecta a las personas y fomenta la solidaridad transnacional, la comprensión mutua y el respeto. We are proud to introduce the organisations who have already joined us as official pacesetters for the TAFISA World Walking Day - 24 Hours Around the Globe, taking place on 3 October 2021 at 10am!

Pacesetters are leading organisations who raise awareness, promote and support the event, represent their community, and help engage as many participants and countries in the global 24-hour relay.

¡Estamos orgullosos de presentar a las organizaciones que ya se han unido a nosotros como líderes oficiales del Día Mundial de la Caminata de TAFISA - 24 horas alrededor del mundo, que tendrá lugar el 3 de octubre de 2021 a las 10 a.m.!
