DANIEL NATEA SE CONVIERTE EN EL PRIMER SUSPENDIDO DEL EXCESO DE AUTORIDAD DE LA FEDERACIÓN INTERNACIONAL DE JUDO
Santo Domingo, República Dominicana.- El judoka rumano Daniel Natea se convirtió en la primera victima de la ilegal resolución de la Federacion Internacional de Judo al aplicarle una severa suspensión por el termino de dos meses por competir en otro deporte diferente al judo como lo fue el Grappling European Championships realizado los días 5 y 6 abril 2019.
La nota esta firmada por el secretario general de la FIJ, Jean-Luc Rouge, con fecha 18 abril 2019 y dirigida al señor Guza Cozmin Horea quien es presidente de la Federacion Rumana de Judo.
El destacado atleta que nació en Sibiu, Rumanía el 21 de abril 1992 tiene en sus logros diferentes preseas compitiendo en los mas de 100 kilogramos iniciando en 2013 destacando el oro en Grand Slam de Abu Dhabi en 2014, oro en el Grand Prix de Zagreb en 2016, bronce en el Campeonato Europeo en Kazan 2016 y plata en la Copa Europea en Belgrado 2018, entre otros importantes logros.
La nota da 15 días para la apelación de la sanción ante la Comisión de Disciplina de la FIJ y la misma no suspende la medida aplicada.
Es una verdadera lastima que el secretario general de la FIJ, Jean-Luc Rouge, quien fue un atleta destacado de esta disciplina coloque su nombre y comprometa su firma para suspender a alguien que como el busca la excelencia en la competición solo por complacer a Marius Vizer, presidente de la FIJ.
La Federacion Internacional de Judo excede su autoridad en estos casos pues la misma no tiene un acuerdo o contrato con sus atletas como ya denunciamos en nuestro articulo publicado en este medio.

DANIEL NATEA BECOMES THE FIRST SUSPENDED OF THE EXCESS OF AUTHORITY OF THE INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF JUDO
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.- The Romanian judoka Daniel Natea became the first victim of the illegal resolution of the International Judo Federation, IJF, to apply a suspension for the term of two months for competing in a sport other than judo as was the Grappling European Championships held on April 5 and 6, 2019.
The note is signed by the IJF general secretary, Jean-Luc Rouge, dated April 18, 2019 and addressed to Mr. Guza Cozmin Horea who is president of the Romanian Judo Federation.
The outstanding athlete who was born in Sibiu, Romania on April 21, 1992 has in his achievements different prizes competing in the more than 100 kilograms starting in 2013 highlighting gold in Grand Slam of Abu Dhabi in 2014, gold at the Grand Prix of Zagreb in 2016, bronze in the European Championship in Kazan 2016 and silver in the European Cup in Belgrade 2018, among other important achievements.
The note gives 15 days for the appeal of the sanction before the Disciplinary Committee of the IJF and it does not suspend the applied measure.
It is a real shame that the IJF General Secretary, Jean-Luc Rouge, who was an outstanding athlete of this discipline, put his name and compromise his signature to suspend someone who, like him, looks for excellence in the competition just to please Marius Vizer, president of the IJF.
The International Judo Federation exceeds its authority in these cases because it does not have an agreement or exclusive contract with its athletes as we have already denounced in our article published in this media.
