In the best style, and with the greatest impudence, on August 23, 2009 can be cataloged as the DAY OF INFAMY OF THE PANAMERICAN JUDO, because those who have sold their honor and dignity to their masters, voted against of the Rapporteur Report on Activities of the Panamerican Judo Union without taking into account that, according to article 8.3, in its literal e) of the International Federation which says: "listen to the reports of the Vice Presidents and the Directors", it is absurd that these countries voted against the report of the Panamerican Judo Union since supposedly some of them claim that they had resigned from this entity on January 19, 2009, and therefore they were not allowed to vote, however that was the order received from their masters, and they had to fulfill it under pain of falling into misfortunes before them. In the photos we see the representatives of the countries of America that exercised this illegal action, violating the Statute of the International Judo Federation itself, they are: from Ecuador: Fernando Ibañez; of Cuba: William Rosquet; of Guatemala: Oscar Cano; of Canada: Vicent Grifo; of El Salvador: Luis Chevez; of the Bahamas: D'Arcy Rhaming; of Chile: Rigoberto Sáez; of Netherlands Antilles: Efigenio Braafhart. Also from Argentina: Oscar Cassineri; of Mexico: Manuel Larrañaga; of Barbados: Hoskins Caddle; of Brazil: Paulo Wanderley; of Puerto Rico: Manuel Violenus; of Uruguay: Ignacio Aloise; of Venezuela: Antonio Zavarella; and the United States: Ron Tripp, among others forgetful that only serve the interests of European masters as in the best times of the colony. The same penalty should have given the rest of the representatives of the countries of the Continental Unions of Africa, Asia, Europe and Oceania that in the most blatant, and even vulgar, raised their hands with their red card to try to improper a report of activities that they were totally foreign, because how could Africans, Asians, Europeans and oceanics know what were the activities carried out within the PJU? But as it only really matters to comply with the order of the emperor, and the express order was to vote against the report of the PJU in order to try to discredit it, and then try to have an argument before the hearing of the Court of Arbitration for Sport, this photo is very clear, when with total self-confidence is so servile and obsequious: others exercised this violatory and illegal action to make the Congresses of the International Judo Federation are placed in the public arena against the democratic principles of world Olympism since the Ordinary Congress of the year 2007 in Rio de Janeiro had to be amended by the Arbitral Tribunal of Sport (TAS), for not knowing the delegate of the Republic of Panama, Miguel Vanegas. There is no doubt, this was a desperate action ordered by the imperial power, carried out as retaliation against the precautionary measures of the Court of Arbitration of Sport (TAS), on July 24, 2009 which ignored the illegal action of the Executive Committee of the International Judo Federation to ignore the affiliation of the Panamerican Judo Union. It is obvious that Mr. Marius Vizer, President of the International Judo Federation, devised and formulated the proposal when he sent the President of the Dutch Judo Federation to vote, one by one, the reports of the members of the Executive Committee of the Judo Federation. International Federation and incidentally violate the Statute of the IJF itself, precisely, who is called to respect and enforce it. We must remember that it was the International Judo Federation itself that promoted by all possible means the formation of the Illegal Panamerican Judo Confederation, with the participation of the IJF Chief Referee Director and President of the Royal Spanish Judo Federation, as well as the assistants (escorts) of Mr. Vizer. Uphill becomes all for the PJU, who has only had in their hands to defend their rights in the Court of Arbitration, fighting against the economic power of the IJF that has been used to pay for tickets, per diem, meals, parties, gifts, votes and consciences producing that the value of the judo of the countries is in its lowest level of all time, we will soon see the disastrous results, and what the athletes and the leaders of the federations' bases will say before the approach of the debacle of the world judo.

POR MARIO SALAS...Al mejor estilo, y con la mayor desfachatez, el 23 de agosto de 2009 puede catalogarse como el DÍA DE LA INFAMIA DEL JUDO PANAMERICANO, pues aquellos que han vendido su honor y dignidad a sus amos, votaron en contra del Informe Relator de Actividades de la Unión Panamericana de Judo sin tener en cuenta que, según el artículo 8.3, en su literal e) de la Federación Internacional que dice: “escuchar los informes de los Vicepresidentes y de los Directores”, por demás es absurdo que estos países votaran en contra del informe de la Unión Panamericana de Judo ya que supuestamente algunos de ellos afirman que habían renunciado a esta entidad el pasado 19 de enero 2009, y por lo tanto no les era dado votar, sin embargo esa fue la orden recibida de sus amos, y ellos debían cumplirla so pena de caer en desgracias ante ellos. En las fotos vemos a los representantes de los países de América que ejercieron esta acción ilegal, violatoria del Estatuto de la propia Federación Internacional de Judo, ellos son: de Ecuador: Fernando Ibañez; de Cuba: William Rosquet; de Guatemala: Oscar Cano; de Canadá: Vicent Grifo; de El Salvador: Luis Chevez; de Bahamas: D’Arcy Rhaming; de Chile: Rigoberto Sáez; de Antillas Holandesas: Efigenio Braafhart. Igual pena debió darle al resto de representantes de los países de las Uniones Continentales de África, Asia, Europa y Oceanía que de la manera más descarada, y hasta vulgar, levantaron la mano con su tarjeta roja para tratar de improbar un informe de actividades que les era totalmente ajeno, pues ¿Cómo podrían saber africanos, asiáticos, europeos y oceánicos, cuáles eran las actividades desarrolladas en el seno de la UPJ? Pero como solo realmente importa acatar la orden del emperador, y la orden expresa era votar en contra del informe de la UPJ para con esto tratar de desprestigiarla, para después tratar de tener un argumento ante la audiencia del Tribunal de Arbitraje Deportivo, esta foto es muy clara, cuando con total desparpajo se es tan servil y obsecuente: otros ejercieron esta violatoria e ilegal acción para hacer que los Congresos de la Federación Internacional de Judo sean colocados en la palestra pública en contra de los principios democráticos del olimpismo mundial ya que el propio Congreso Ordinario del año 2007 en Río de Janeiro tuvo que ser enmendado por el Tribunal Arbitral del Deporte (TAS), por desconocer al delegado de la República de Panamá, el licenciado Miguel Vanegas. No cabe ninguna duda, ésta fue una acción desesperada ordenada por el poder imperial, efectuado como retaliación en contra de las medidas cautelares del Tribunal Arbitral del Deporte (TAS), del pasado 24 de julio 2009 las que desconocieron la ilegal acción del Comité Ejecutivo de la Federación Internacional de Judo de desconocer la afiliación de la Unión Panamericana de Judo. Es obvio que el Señor Marius Vizer, Presidente de la Federación Internacional de Judo, ideó y formuló la propuesta cuando envió al Presidente de la Federación Holandesa de Judo a someter a votación, uno a uno, los informes de los miembros del Comité Ejecutivo de la Federación Internacional y de paso violar el Estatuto de la propia FIJ, precisamente, quien está llamado a respetarlo y hacerlo cumplir. Debemos recordar que fue la propia Federación Internacional de Judo quien propendió por todos los medios posibles la conformación de la Ilegal Confederación Panamericana de Judo, con la participación del Director Jefe de Árbitros de la FIJ y presidente de la Real Federación Española de Judo, así como los asistentes (escoltas) del Sr. Vizer. Cuesta arriba se torna todo para la UPJ, quien solo ha tenido en sus manos el defender sus derechos en la Corte de Arbitraje, luchando contra el poder económico de la FIJ que se ha usado para pagar pasajes, viáticos, comidas, fiestas, regalos, votos y conciencias produciendo que el valor del judo de los países esté en su más bajo nivel de todos los tiempos, ya veremos pronto los nefastos resultados, y lo que dirán los atletas y los dirigentes de las bases de las federaciones ante la proximidad del debacle del judo mundial.

NOTE: THOSE WHO VOTED ON AUGUST 23, 2009 AGAINST THE PANAMERICAN JUDO UNION (PJU) ARE OUT OF THEIR NATIONAL FEDERATION, IN ITS MAJOR MAJORITY, BY BEING DISPLACED BY CORRUPT AND SOME SENTENCES IN FIRM OF THE HIGHEST COURT OF THEIR COUNTRY .
NOTA: AQUELLOS QUE VOTARON EL 23 DE AGOSTO 2009 EN CONTRA DE LA UNIÓN PANAMERICANA DE JUDO (UPJ) ESTÁN FUERA DE SU FEDERACIÓN NACIONAL, EN SU GRAN MAYORÍA, AL SER DESPLAZADOS POR CORRUPTOS Y ALGUNOS CON SENTENCIAS EN FIRME DEL MAS ALTO TRIBUNAL DE SU PAÍS.
