JUDO MALARGUE Y SU DESARROLLO DEPORTIVO Y SOCIAL La Escuela Municipal de Judo Malargue, la que esta dirigida por el profesor Pablo Villarruel, es una entidad sin animo de lucro con un sostenido desarrollo atlético y la integración de una gran cantidad de practicantes de ambos sexos desde edades tempranas que inician a partir de los cinco años acogiendo las diferentes nacionalidades, todo tipo de religión y sin ninguna restricción por la afiliación política partidaria.El Judo de Malargue en la Provincia Mendoza en la República Argentina cuenta con el apoyo del Gobierno Municipal y no se ha limitado a la practica diaria de esta disciplina de origen japones que nos lego ese gran humanista Jigoro Kano pues y ademàs ha realizado en sus instalaciones eventos competitivos al mas alto nivel nacional, regional y panamericano con excelentes resultados y numerosa participación.

El profesor Viilarruel con sus alumnos y los padres de estos han logrado llevar a sus atletas a lugares distantes como Uruguay, Brasil, Chile y República Dominicana para salir airosos en esos compromisos a nivel competitivo internacional siempre con marcado apoyo municipal.Esta Escuela Municipal de Judo Malargue ha diseminado la enseñanza de esta disciplina a la zona rural y ademàs ha realizado gran cantidad de actividades sociales en beneficio de los mas necesitados suministrando alimentos, medicinas y a la vez médicos con consultas gratuitas siguiendo el legado de Jigoro Kano, primer miembro del Comité Olímpico Internacional representando al Japón, de "Amistad y prosperidad Mutua

Un caso a resaltar es el del niño Uriel Arbona Cebadera que desde el primer año de vida fue diagnosticado con hipotiroidismo afectándole la parte o sea corporal lo que le produjo un retraso en su crecimiento con marcada disminución de la fuerza de sus piernas y brazos.Uriel fue a parar a la Escuela Municipal de Judo de Malargue pues los galenos recomendaron la practica del judo a los fines de intentar el fortalecimiento de su limitada fuerza y musculatura y donde el profesor Pablo Villarruel no dudo en aceptarle.

En sus ultima visita a los médicos estos quedaron admirados al ver que sin medicación y que con la ayuda de este deporte de control y precisión el cuerpo de Uriel había cambiado totalmente en un año de practicas."Creamos para Uriel un sistema de ejercicios para elevar la coordinación motriz a la vez que fortalecimos toda su musculatura y de ahí que ahora sea un chico normal", dijo visiblemente emocionado el profesor Pablo Villarruel.El Judo de Malargue es miembro de la Unión Argentina de Artes Marciales la que a su vez forma parte de la Confederación Suramericana de Judo que preside el brasileño Luiz Pavani y donde el profesor Pablo Villarruel funge como secretario general en base a sus elevados merecimientos deportivos, de integración social y familiar.Para la celebración del 6 de abril como el DÍA INTERNACIONAL DEL DEPORTE PARA EL DESARROLLO Y LA PAZ, la Escuela Municipal de Judo de Malargue tiene definido un programa especial de torneo intramuros, charla sobre la historia de esta fecha y sus realizaciones a la vez que con el apoyo de personas y entidades continuaran con los programas sociales en las zonas rurales mas necesitadas.La Unión Panamericana de Judo, entidad continental a la que esta afiliada la Unión Argentina de Artes Marciales, ha extendido notas de felicitación al Judo Malargue por la excelente contribución que realizan en la región para el desarrollo pleno de esta disciplina y por las actividades de soporte a la comunidad.Toda la información fue servida a la World Judo Federation que preside el dominicano Jaime Casanova Martinez por el organismo regional correspondiente.
