La AMA celebra el Día del Juego Limpio 2025 con la Comunidad Global Antidopaje: “Juega Limpio: Empieza contigo”

Hoy, la Agencia Mundial Antidopaje (AMA) se enorgullece de celebrar el Día del Juego Limpio 2025, junto con atletas, organizaciones antidopaje, gobiernos y demás actores del deporte limpio de todo el mundo, unidos bajo el poderoso lema de este año: “Juega Limpio: Empieza contigo”.
En su undécima edición, la campaña digital del Día del Juego Limpio de la AMA se ha convertido en un evento destacado del calendario antidopaje.
Lo que comenzó como una pequeña celebración en Latinoamérica en 2014 se ha convertido en un movimiento verdaderamente global, con la participación anual de miles de personas y organizaciones.
“Juega Limpio: Empieza contigo” destaca la responsabilidad personal de cada persona en la defensa de los valores del deporte limpio.
En todo el mundo, atletas y actores clave en la lucha contra el dopaje comparten con orgullo lo que significa para ellos el deporte limpio —a través de vídeos, mensajes, fotos y eventos— y renuevan su compromiso con la integridad del deporte.
El presidente de la AMA, Witold Bańka, declaró: «Cada voz que se alza hoy contribuye a fortalecer el movimiento del deporte limpio para los atletas de todo el mundo.
Al celebrar juntos el Día del Juego Limpio, no solo aumentamos la concienciación sobre la lucha contra el dopaje, sino que también construimos una cultura de equidad, respeto y responsabilidad que comienza con cada uno de nosotros... como parte de un solo equipo».
A lo largo del día, las redes sociales de la AMA presentarán contenido del Día del Juego Limpio de todo el mundo, mostrando la creatividad, la energía y la pasión que definen el movimiento colaborativo global por un deporte sin dopaje.

WADA Celebrates Play True Day 2025 with the Global Anti-Doping Community: “Play True: It Starts with You” 
Today, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) is proud to mark Play True Day 2025, celebrating alongside athletes, Anti-Doping Organizations, governments and all other clean sport stakeholders from around the world that have united behind this year’s powerful theme: “Play True: It Starts with You.” 
Now in its 11th edition, WADA’s Play True Day digital campaign has become a highlight of the anti-doping calendar. What began as a small celebration in Latin America in 2014 has evolved into a truly global movement, with thousands of individuals and organizations taking part annually. 
“Play True: It Starts with You,” shines a spotlight on the personal responsibility that each person has in upholding the values of clean sport. Around the world, athletes and anti-doping stakeholders are proudly sharing what clean sport means to them — through videos, messages, photos and events — and are renewing their commitment to the integrity of sport. 
WADA President Witold Bańka said: “Every voice raised today helps to strengthen the clean sport movement for athletes worldwide. By celebrating Play True Day together, we’re not only increasing anti-doping awareness, we are also building a culture of fairness, respect, and accountability that starts with each of us…as part of One Team.” 
Throughout the day, WADA’s social media channels will be featuring Play True Day content from around the world, showcasing the creativity, energy, and passion that defines the global collaborative movement for doping-free sport. 

Confederacion Dominicana de Judo se une a la tragedia y agradece condolencias / The Dominican Judo Confederation joins in the tragedy and thanks everyone for their condolences

Santo Domingo, Republica Dominicana.- El martes 8 de abril 2025 quedará marcado para siempre en la vida del pueblo dominicano ante la gran tragedia que arrojo el fallecimiento mas de 220 personas producto del desprendimento del techo de la Discoteca Jet Set en la capital Dominicana.

A esto se agregan cientos de lesionados los que se encuentran hospitalizados esperandose que no aumente el numero de fallecidos en el trauma que afecto a diferentes capas de la sociedad dominicana donde se perdieron vidas de deportistas, musicos, medicos, militares, entre otros, y que ha afectado a lo mas sensible de la sociedad.

sentidas condolencias a nuestros hermanos 
dominicanos por las perdidas sufridas en tan
aciago accidente en Santo Domingo.
Paz a sus deudos

La Condojudo se une solidariamente a todos y cada una de las familias afectadas para lo que hacemos nuestros mas sinceros votos de recuperacion a la vez que agradecemos los mensajes que por diferentes medios tanto del pais como del extranjero nos han mostrado sus condolencias por esta triste tragedia.

Ahora el camino a seguir es lograr la recuperación de los heridos, dar apoyo sicologico a los familiares, asi mismo, ver la parte humana de aquellos que han quedado sin sus familiares y curar esa grave herida que ha dejado la tragedia en la poblacion.

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.- Tuesday, April 8, 2025, will forever be marked in the lives of the Dominican people by the great tragedy that resulted in the deaths of more than 220 people due to the collapse of the roof of the Jet Set nightclub in the Dominican capital.
Added to this are hundreds of injured people who are hospitalized, hoping that the death toll does not increase. This trauma affected different sectors of Dominican society, where athletes, musicians, doctors, military personnel, among others, were lost, and which has affected the most sensitive sectors of society.

Condojudo joins in solidarity with each and every one of the affected families, for whom we offer our most sincere wishes for their recovery. We also express our gratitude for the messages of condolences received through various means, both domestically and abroad, for this sad tragedy. Now the way forward is to ensure the recovery of the injured, provide psychological support to their families, and address the human side of those left without their loved ones, and heal the grave wound that the tragedy has left in the community.

Confederacion Dominicana de Judo activa en el XII Dia Internacional del Deporte para el Desarrollo y la Paz / Dominican Judo Confederation Active on the 12th International Day of Sport for Development and Peace

Santo Domingo, Republica Dominicana.- Como una verdadera tradicion cada 6 de abril celebramos el Dia Internacional del Deporte para el Desarrollo y la Paz que inicio a partir del 2014 de manera que estamos en la doceava version.
En el 2013 la Organizacion de las Naciones Unidas (ONU), proclamo el 6 de abril como el Dia Internacional del Deporte para el Desarrollo y la Paz, en conmemoracion de la fecha en la que se celebraron los I Juegos Olimpicos de la Era Moderna en Atenas, Grecia y que fueron inaugurados por el Rey Jorge I en el estadio Panathinaiko.

El mas importante objetivo de este dia es concientizar a la poblacion sobre el papel del deporte en la promocion de los derechos humanos y el desarrollo social y economico de los paises que este año tiene como tema: Igualar las condiciones: Deporte para la inclusión social

El Dia Internacional del Deporte para el Desarrollo y la Paz (IDSDP) es una verdadera ocasion para destacar y promover el rol del deporte en el fomento de la paz, la inclusion social y el desarrollo sostenible a la vez que se invita a las diferentes organizaciones a compartir perspectivas, planes y reflexiones por el impacto del deporte en sus respectivas comunidades y areas de trabajo.

Es con motivo del Dia Internacional del Deporte para el Desarrollo y la Paz, la organizacion Peace and Sport de la que el Principe Alberto II de Monaco es su patrono, lanzo la campaña #WhiteCard desde su sede en Monaco.
La #Whitecard es una campaña digital mundial creada por Peace and Sport para celebrar el Día Internacional del Deporte para el Desarrollo y la Paz ya que sostener una Tarjeta Blanca , como un arbitro, es una accion que simboliza el gran poder positivo del deporte a nivel mundial.

La Confederacion Dominicana de Judo se integro plenamente a la actividad con su Comite Director, Cuerpo Tecnico, Asociaciones y demas organismos con los que realiza y apoya diversas actividades.

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic - As a true tradition, every April 6th we celebrate the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace. It began in 2014, so we are now in its twelfth year.

In 2013, the United Nations (UN) proclaimed April 6th as the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace, in commemoration of the date on which the First Olympic Games of the Modern Era were held in Athens, Greece, and inaugurated by King George I at the Panathenaic Stadium.

The most important objective of this day is to raise public awareness about the role of sport in promoting human rights and the social and economic development of countries. This year's theme is: Leveling the Playing Field: Sport for Social Inclusion.

The International Day of Sport for Development and Peace (IDSDP) is a true opportunity to highlight and promote the role of sport in fostering peace, social inclusion, and sustainable development, while inviting various organizations to share perspectives, plans, and reflections on the impact of sport in their respective communities and areas of work.

On the occasion of the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace, the organization Peace and Sport, of which Prince Albert II of Monaco is patron, launched the #WhiteCard campaign from its headquarters in Monaco.

#Whitecard is a global digital campaign created by Peace and Sport to celebrate the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace, since holding a White Card, like a referee, is an action that symbolizes the great positive power of sport worldwide.

The Dominican Judo Confederation fully joined the event with its Steering Committee, Technical Staff, Associations, and other organizations with which it carries out and supports various activities.
