By now, you’re probably well aware of the fighting prowess of Ronda Rousey. Or at least know that if you see her in the octagon or in the training room, you probably should just stay away.
However, thanks to the miracle of the Internet and GoPro, we now know just what it’s like to be on the other end of a Rousey punch. She posted a video on her Instagram account on Wednesday, from the perspective of her punching bag. It’s as frightening as you’re probably expecting.
