World Judo with the Children
The President of the World Judo
Federation, the dominican Jaime Casanova Martinez, visited the Brentwood Boys and Girls Club in Raleigh, North Carolina.

In the picture the children receive free
judo lessons and other sports activities in this non-profit organization, which
receives financial assistance and was founded more than 150 years ago.
For the World Judo Federation this type
of organizations follow our philosophy “Judo for All and Forever”, being this
the reason President Casanova Martinez accepted the invitation to come and
visit.
In the future, Brentwood Boys and Girls and the World Judo Federation shall maintain a close relationship for the
benefit of the local young people.
“The purpose of Brentwood Boys and Girls Club is to help young people, especially those who need it the most, so
they reach their highest potential as responsible, productive and careful
citizens”, said the director Jose Caudillo.
Mr. Caudillo concluded the event by
saying: “We are equally pleased to get the opportunity of having the
professional and selfless support of Mr. Julian Abreu. There is no doubt of Mr.
Abreu’s excellent training and education as a Judo representative. We appreciate
very much the way he helps our boys and girls through Judo”.

El presidente de la Federación Mundial

Abreu, Instructor de Judo.En la foto los niños que reciben enseñanza gratuita de judo y
de otras actividades en esta entidad sin fines de lucro la que es sustentada en
aportes económicos y que tiene mas de 150 años de fundada.
Para la World Judo Federation esta practica
forma parte de la filosofía del Judo para Todos y para Toda la Vida
motivo por el cual el presidente Casanova Martinez acepto la invitación para
esta visita.
En el futuro Brentwood Boys and Girls
Club y la Federación Mundial de Judo mantendrán una estrecha colaboración
en beneficio de los jóvenes.
"La función de Boys and Girls
es ayudar a los jóvenes, especialmente los que más necesitan, para
que alcancen su máximo potencial como ciudadanos cuidadosos,
responsables y productivos", dijo el director José Caudillo."Igualmente nos da gusto tener la oportunidad de contar
con la colaboración desinteresada y profesional de Don Julián Abreu. Es
indudable la buena formación que el Sr. Abreu posee como representante del
Judo. Apreciamos mucho la ayuda que les brinda a nuestros jóvenes a través de
la práctica del Judo", concluyo el señor caudillo al finalizar la
actividad.
